Opal joined SRA in August of 2025 coming from a lesson program. In addition to mounted work she was also being trained to drive a carriage! Opal has quickly become a strong member of the Hippotherapy program here at SRA and as already has a large fan club which includes students, staff and volunteers. Fun fact about Opal, she is the first one to great you whenever you walk in the barn by her giving you a little nicker.
