Melissa has been part of Sebastian Riding Associates since 2014, first as a volunteer, then as an assistant instructor, and most recently as an instructor and member of the Board of Directors. Her time at Sebastian combines her lifelong love of animals with a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Beyond Sebastian’s, Melissa brings over 20 years of professional experience at GSK, where she has held roles in scientific research and risk management. She currently serves as Director of Data Governance Risk Management, specializing in data integrity and data quality frameworks. She is also active in community and leadership initiatives, including GSK’s Women’s Leadership Initiative employee resource group, STEM education outreach, and her HOA Architectural Review Committee.
